   The Dada Man trend was started by TikTokers @risky2funny and @ItsMoneyy. The users are brothers who often tease and make fun of each other on their TikTok pages. On September 1, 2025, @risky2funny posted a TikTok video of himself waking up @ItsMoneyy by poking him and saying, "Hey Dada Man!" as though @ItsMoneyy were a baby. @risky2funny began posting similar videos, the videos gained traction, and the trend began spreading across TikTok.

   • Other videos show @risky2funny poking fun at @ItsMoneyy while he eats, and other friends. Many of them involve the target of the teasing lashing out or reacting, which @risky2money explains in another video is all for fun.
   • @risky2money explains in the same video that baby talk like this isn’t "a skit," but "just playing with my brother," and that "baby talk has been around Black culture for all our lives."
   • Other users’ videos involving "Dada Man" jokes have gotten popular, like a video of user @mula getting called "Dada Man" on the street, or a compilation video of a university student getting called "Dada Man" in the food court.
   • "Dada Man" is also a character in skits by Burn Poe Entertainment on YouTube, dating back to 2023. Here, it’s used to add humor to a young character, but not in the teasing, practical joke way @risky2funny uses it in.
