Go to https://licensing.adobe.com/ in a web browser. You can use any web browser to login to the LWS and check your license. -
Login with your Adobe information. The Adobe ID is usually your email.Advertisement -
Click Licenses. You'll see this in the horizontal menu near the top of the page. -
Click Obtain License Certificates. It's near the bottom of the menu. -
Enter your selection criteria (if your licenses aren't displayed immediately) and click Search. If you want to look for your Illustrator license, specify that. -
Click the license you want to check. The certificate will then open in PDF format that you can save to your local computer.[1]
